Can you evolution your nuva ring programme?

I have been using the nuva ring for at least 6 months. I am planned to have my period this week and then put a different one in on july 6. I am going to Cabo San Lucas august 1st with my husband and that would be the next programmed period week. is there any way to correct it to a different week? if i leave the ring out for a week will it push my period to another week? we really need the time away and if I find my period that week I am feeling like its going to throw the unbroken week off! Please help me!
Answers:    yes you can change it adjectives you have to do is put the ring in the week of ur period and you wont achieve it so the day u take out the ring you put a new one contained by and you wont get ur period at all that's what ive done and ive be on the ring for a year now
