we had unprotected sex once before and said 1. if he had something i enjoy it now either way. 2. if he did enjoy hiv noone can legally tell me anyway at the clinic and 3. he knows hes cynical THOUGH HE HASNT BEEN TESTED SINCE LAST YEAR AND HAS HAD ATLEAST ONE OTHER PARTNER THAN ME.



i regret having sex with him and i should have never "give in"
is he right or am i?


i want to text him and tell him straight up i want BOTH OF US to be safe.. not only me BUT HIM TOO bc i care for him. he drives and there is a clinic like 20 mins away but he doesnt want to waist his time..

Stop having sex with him. Even protected sex. Condoms and birth control dont protect against STD's or HIV. If he does enjoy something, you might not have it yet. Do you really want to keep have sex with him and end up with something if he does hold something. Go to the clinic and get tested for everything yourself. He's right that they cant legally tell you anything more or less him. But if he is clean, why wouldnt he want you to know?
