Baby book!?! PLEASE HELP!?
Ok so I am making my baby one of those keepsake books because they don't have many out within for single moms and that don't mention "about daddy." What pages and details should I include in it aside from the bare bones like "Where I was born" and "about mommy."
a list of adjectives the first gifts and who they were from, a page on grandparents and others that are close to you
What would you want contained by your baby book? What would you want to know about your mom? Maybe throw in some fun and messy mom facts?
If you have a schedule or daily routine conceivably put that in there. It would be really interesting to see what a day contained by mom's life was like while I be a newborn. Something they will never really get to see otherwise. They may actually appreciate everything you do for them a little more then in life too.
Answers: I'm contained by the process of making a baby keepsake book too! :) I have no life though. lol
I've put things contained by there like ultrasound pictures, doctor visit papers. Pictures of me near my pregnant belly.
Stuff that the normal person would just toss out, I hold in there.
Like receipts to the crib my parents kindly purchased. That style I know the day it got purchased, how much it cost, ect.
When I deliver, I'm going to put the hospital bracelet in in that. A copy of the baby shower invitation.
Anything and everything you can possibly think of! I would have adored that if my mom did that for me!!
Pictures are the best type of memories though! Any kid can look at a silly acceptance, they might laugh at it. Pictures will make them smile and feel adjectives warm inside. I'm going to be taking pictures of my little girl almost everyday! :) It's the little things that count. (First haircut, first bath-time, first anything)
When she grows out of the unbelievably first outfit I put on her, I'm going to cut a tiny sliver of it off and glue it in her little one book. That way she can see what I thought she looked the cutest in. :)
Hope this helps you... Source(s): I close to scrap booking, it's fun and a great way to talk going on for memories with others.
