How soon can a travel after child's birth.?
I know I am not supposed to for the first month or so. But my husband is getting re stationed and I am staying with family until the baby is feeble enough to travel. it will probably be a few states away! I am only 21 weeks now, what is the most modern I can travel in pregnancy? If anyone knows
if traveling by plane, it depends on the airline policy. there are airlines that requires a medical certificate that states you are safe and sound to travel regardless of how many weeks you are pregnant.
depends on how high risk. you cant fly long-gone a certain point - but you can ride in a car. I moved from San Diego to ID during my final pregnancy at about 35 weeks, and no problems. you just need to procure out of the car and strech your legs once an hour. so you dont get a blood clot or anything
as for after the baby comes i believe they close to 2 weeks, we took our 1st born at 2-3 weeks from South Carolina to florida and back and had no problems, and when she was 2 months we drove support and forthe across country with her. still no problems.
just give your dr the head up, and as long s your healthy you can travel.
