CONSTANT NAUSEA, 6 weeks pregnant! What worked for you?!!?
So, im exactly 6 weeks pregnant, I heard the heartbeat and had my first ultrasound yesterday! It was the most amazing piece I have ever experienced.
For the last week, i have be constantly nauseas, throughout the day.
I eat foods that I think I want, and consequently I can not even think about eating it again, it make me sick.
I have medicine from my doctor, but it makes me too sleepy.
I transport prenatals, but i waited to take it today until tonight, but I am still
feeling one and the same way :(
The only relief I attain is when i am actually eating something, it goes away, but later once I stop, it comes back again. I can't constantly eat, because then I am too full and that make me sick too.
What worked for you guys??
Also, another quick question, my heart has seem to randomly be racing. It is uncomfortable, and I do not know if this is average or not.
Thank you!!
Answers: this was the worst part about individual pregnant for me. Even the smell of cooking meat made me throw up. I found that vernors and water to drink, crackers of any kind, applesauce, breads, and pastas (w/ light sauce) worked ably for me. Oh, and the most important thing...TUMS!
I also found that if I took my prenatals at night a bit than in the morning I wasn't as sick to my stomach either.
Morning sickness is the worst! I found that eating small meal every couple of hours REALLY worked for me. If I went longer that 2 hours without eating, I would surface horrible. I also wasn't able to eat greasy foods because I would get really unsettled. In the morning before I got up, I would snack on a handful of cheerios. I kept them on my night stand and this really help too. You don't have to eat big meals every 2 hours, I would guzzle like a slice of cheese and a few crackers.
My heart beat has also be racing since I've been pregnant. My doctor is a little concerned roughly it but there's not much that can be done. Good luck to you!
