I have a 7 months old son. I have never feel so down in my life. I am now have horrible mood swings to the point I have to leave the house. I am always crying, depressed, person in charge aches and horrible thoughts. I don't know what else to do. I'm not sure if I am having postpartum depression. I never had this emotion and this is my second child. I am always yelling. I keep praying but I only feel HORRIBLE. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated. Please no smart comments.

Thank you
All I ever wanted in life span was to be a Momma, so when I had my beautiful daughter, a great husband who be very hands-on with her, and everything I ever wanted, I be a bit confused about why I would wake up in the middle of the dark in tears and go lock myself in the bathroom to cry for hours, or devise about killing myself constantly.
I did have a awfully long pregnancy that was very hard and a immensely traumatic delivery that left me needing surgery for months afterwards, but even so, I have the most beautiful baby and everything I wanted surrounded by life and I couldn't get happy at adjectives.

My husband would go to work and I literally would have these panick attacks that would get so severe that beside the hours he was working, which were a lot, he terminated up needing to leave his job, and get fired.

I realized that it was something more, and contacted my family doctor. They suggested I see a counselor/therapist that deal with post partum depression, and I was diagnosed with it.

I be put on some depression medication for awhile and the visits to my therapist to talk in the order of my feelings really helped. I would suggest you do the same. We cannot make clear to what you have, because noone here is a doctor, but there is a good haphazard you could have it, or maybe the change surrounded by hormones in your body is causing this...pregnancy is a hard process (Even though some magazine and celebrities would like you to believe it's all unbelievably joyous always.) And when your hormones change like that, you originate to feel differently. But I will say, it does sound resembling PPD like I had.
Luckily, it's usually a very unforced fix. The medicine, if they would choose to put you on some, takes a little time to achieve use to, and once it's in your system for a bit, it begins to help. Talking to a counselor, or therpist is also great because it's other good to talk out things in your vivacity with someone who has no investments in anything but your well-being.

I would suggest doing this. I be on the medication for a very short time, and began to feel deeply better and didn't need it anymore. I wish you luck.
Definitely visit with your doctor. He or she can recommend a consultant. Postpartum depression is a very serious issue. You are experiencing mental changes that you know aren't right for you, and even if you aren't diagnosed with postpartum depression, those issues still obligation to be addressed and resolved. Don't worry about whether or not your depression is severe plenty for someone else to think you're having a hard time, adjectives you need to care about is how YOU are fancy, and you clearly aren't feeling all there. A analyst can help you work through those feelings and that emptiness. Best of luck!

Go and talk to your doctor about how you perceive, you may be having the baby blues but you may also be suffering with post natal depression, it effects associates in different ways!! x
you are suffering from post par tum.You need some time for your self. try to find a babysitter and budge somewhere. Don't go see people that have kids because you will consistency like you still have your own. If that don't work then try going to the Dr. We transport care of our kids 24 hrs a day we feel tied down .hold to go thru may things to get the kids together to go places and the dad can come and be in motion as he pleases. You may want to hang around friends and don't want to take the kids, etc
I go through the same thing you are going through right now. It's post partum depression, and you want to get to your doctor sooner than later so they can get you on the right medication to minister to you cope with your feelings, and maybe obtain you into some kind of counseling. Don't let this go- you need to run to your doctor. Many horrible things have come from this. It's NOT YOUR FAULT though, don't even think that. It's your hormones.
Try to be with ones who love you and would say nice things to you. This is a time you obligation family and close friends.
Go to your doctor, he will prescribe you with tablets for either depression or post partum depression.
