Baby shower favors? Help Me (((((ClueLess)))))?
I am having a baby shower hosted by my sister-in-law and my Mom, and I myself have approved to give each guest a little jamboree favor. I purchased these little boxes that fold up sort of like chinese take out boxes, but much smaller. And i was trying to ruminate of what to place inside each box for the guests. My Mom suggested Wrapped candies and mints. But I want something that wil be fun and enjoyed by my guests. Like Votive Candles or something. I have approaching 70 guests, and that would get a little too pricey What would you suggest?
As door prizes,Which we are having 4 games and for (each prize) we thought we would get hold of Scented Candle sets and Kitchen towel sets. And we were going to put the prizes in pink gift loads. What would you think of these prizes/gifts?
And what are we supposed to do about people who tie within the games?

But anyway just about what to give as party favours, depending on how much time and energy you enjoy before and during your shower I have heard and see people who get a picture with respectively of their guests at their shower either with a digital camera and they have one of the little printers near them (or a regular printer depending on where you have your shower) or one of the cameras that instantly puts out a photo(sorry not sure what they are called, but I know that they are older), and next before the shower they make up little picture frames just out of cardboard and make fancy them at home and then put the picture of you and the guest in the frame as a favour. They are cute (but time consuming, especially next to a high number of guests). Or maybe you could go to the dollar store or something and pick up a pack of 12 white votive candles for a dollar, and next a few bags of potpourri and just sprinkle some potpourri in the bottom of your little containers and consequently sit the candle in the box, and maybe make up a cute little sign for the box saying your due date, or if you know, if its going to be a boy or girl, or something like that.

at my cousins shower there be tiny diapers (idk where they bought them, just barbie sized cloth things sorry cant help more beside that)
and whoever got the diaper with the "mess" in it won a prize. you could put one of those within there and only spend money on the prize? or just skip the favors and put the diapers at respectively place at the table. Source(s): P.S. the "mess" was just marker or a mop of green/brown baby food or something.

Put different candy bar smashed up in diapers,
and have them passed around and everyone has to guess what candy railing it is,

I like the games prizes and idea. If in attendance is a tie, have a special challenge (Ex: Having the two have to loose change a baby doll fastest)
Answers: I just threw my sister a baby shower last week its alot of work and polite luck. I had tie breaker questions like how much does mommy weigh, etc. I give candles, stationary sets, picture frames as prizes and put into cute baby gift bags. I also did a diaper raffle:adjectives that bring in a pack of diapers get raffle ticket and win a great prize mine was a 25 dollar grant cert. I like your choice of prizes it works as for the party favors I would do candy(most party stores hold hershey kisses with flag saying its a boy or girl) try putting magnets or other really cute things.
for my shower i gave little tea pallid candles in organza baggies with theses two poems on the baggies.

I gave out pink and purple M&M's,and little butter mints in pink wrappers that said "toddler girl" on them. I got them for pretty cheap at a local party supplies store. I'd check for one of those in your nouns. If you buy in bulk you can save a lot of money that track.
And as far as game prizes. I did pick out those separate. I gave out a pedicure set,.bath separates and a vanilla candle.
