Who would win custody of my child?
I am a going to be a single mom i am currently am 16 weeks along and due in december the father of my child isn't exactly fit to be a father but says he wants to be part of a set of the child's life, i was wondering when the baby is born do i automatically capture full custody or is it split or does the baby's father have to file for custody?
