Nah, all of those are normal symptoms of pregnancy. Nausea/ increase in appetite/ frequent urination/ strange change in taste or cravings/ stomach pains/ tenderness of the breasts, etc. Mom mom other tells me the story about how when she was pregnant for me, she couldn't stand to chomp through broccoli or cauliflower, and she suddenly began to think everyone around her was smelling funny! In adjectives seriousness, it's a mother's prerogative to worry about her child. But I think you want not worry... sometimes babies don't make your belly grow until much later. The toddler might have a nourishment problem, but still, even that I think would be relatively bloody. Your doctor will perform the necessary tests; possibly do an ultrasound. Sometimes for first pregnancies, there is not that much belly growth at first. And, of course, the old folklore is that if you're stomach grows profusely, it'll be a girl, if it grows very little, you can expect a boy.
