1st child custody court overnight case tomorrow?

my ex boyfriend filed for visitation and the court date is tomorrow. they said its a status conference, my atty says we just join and tell the court our position, then they will either programme another status or a trial. so what can i expect tomorrow when i get there? my ex sys he's going to ask for temp visitation everyother weekend. will they grant that to him? i enjoy proof of drug use, and anger problems, he's never paid child support, and only see's our son when its convienent for him, then partially the time he cancels. he's never had him overnight he's only 17months infirm. please help me.
Answers:    Well if you have all that proof, the probability of him getting even temporary custody is slim. Your lawyer is going to present all of the evidence you enjoy to the judge. Then your ex's attorney will give a rebuttal. Remember to keep your cool while you are contained by court.
