I have to be the biggest nutter in the world for doing this but im a soon to be single dad and i have an ex i.e. being civil and letting me come to the scans and baby school assembly and wants a private agreement.
but i want the CSA involved though out everything i dont want no risks i want them to take money out of my acount i dont care how much i want to know zilch can turn around and tell me you did not surport your child once 12 years down the line and being stung by the csa
do you dream up this is a good idea or a bad model i just want to play it safe and show the world i want to surport my child
but people own told me men cant apply for the csa only women can is this true if it is not then can someone give me a number to appointment.
if i knew her more then i could trust her but she finished it not me
please this is not about getting the girl pregneat of late if the csa is good or not or should i let this argeement pay out
If you choose not to get child support involved because you meditate it will cause problems, make sure that you keep a detailed dictation of the amount of money and things that you do for the child. Even ask her to sign receipts. (You can always say it is for tax purposes if she asks.)
Basically, if you don't do this and you support your child she can dance to csa and say you never gave her a dime. This actually happen to my boyfriends friend. He was in the army sending her his checks but never kept a record and she go to the courts and said he never paid me anything and hello back child support!
So, either grasp child support involved now or keep a very detailed story. Its not worth the problems it might cause later if you dont.

As far as I was aware the CSA is their to ensure the non care giving parent is contributing to the child's upbringing in some method.
Answers: this might work better below a court order.. CSA can only do so much, but if a judge say you have to be involved then that is court proclaim..
as for scans.. im not sure about.. yes, I can see you wanting them BUT since it is tech a medical procedure, she can ask that you not be in in that.. BUT since the scan can take pictures and/or video's. you can legal ask for that.. you may have to income for he video..

i cannot advice you on CSA because im not sure but you nouns like you will make a great dad and are a responsible man. seek officially recognized advice to protect your rights to your child. if you are prepared to pay to support your child then your rights should be safeguarded within return.
you have nothing to worry nearly. fathers are very important within a childs life and your rights are protected by law. just hold lots of knowledge now before the birth so you can embezzle all the right steps. and be excited. being a new dad is wonderful!
