Is kid rape bent?
For example.. If a woman intentionally breaks a condom before sex or physically restrains you from pulling out?
duh it is illegal!!
A woman wanting to have unprotected sex is within no way rape
And the words "Baby rape" would be someone molesting a child which is wrong
Wrong words and the question doesnt really make sense
See...You cant phone call it rape unless the person was restrained in a more physical agency or some other form. Not two people willingly having sex and the woman not allowing the guy to use the "Pull out" method which doesnt even work.
sarah is right..you should think about changing the title of your cross-question."Is involuntary assistance w/conception illegal?" sounds better..there should be laws against things similar to what you decribed.
OMG ahahah i thought you meant baby rape as in... rapes babies, i be like yes i believe any type of rape is illegal..and ps breaking a condom on purpose isn't rape. (rape is forcing sex hun :x) ur request for information is a messsss
Answers: W H A T ever do you mean?
No, it's not, but it should be.
EDIT:
You might want to rephrase your question. I about fell out of my chair when I read "babe-in-arms rape"!
Can I simply correct one thing - it is still your responsibility to bring an untampered & new condom and wear it. Physically restraining you from pulling out means that you're not wearing one - and not wearing one but pulling out does not protect pregnancy.
However, the practice is not illegal, but I suspect you could have a civil suit on your hands if you could prove it, it sounds resembling 'entrapment'.
come on...BABY RAPE?
