Babysitting 2 different family?

I babysit for a couple different families, not regularly but more often than I do for some other families

One relatives has 2 girls, 5 yr old and 9 yr old
The other clan has 2 boys I think around 6 and 9

I can't drive to take them anywhere
I usually babysit at hours of darkness for the 2 girls but sometimes during the day, as I said before its always different

I want some ideas of things to do with them both inside and outside, we usually stay inside though

any ideas are greatly appreciated!!

Make recycled musical instruments eg a guitar from a shoe box and rubber band, a shaker with a cup, paper and rice.
Have a treasure hunt in the garden for temper things, ie a feather a leaf with 5 corners etc
Get them to brand name up a sketch/ play and maybe film it.
Learn a dance routine.

INSIDE:

color
kind cards for the parents or a friend
Build a blanket fort
Make cupcakes
Play house
Lego's

OUTSIDE:
Tag
go to the park
hide and seek
soccer
go underwater rope
chalk
ride bikes
go swimming
go for a walk
skip
hop scotch
