Should I be bleeding similar to this?

I had Mirena put in a month ago. Had bleeding everyday until like a couple days up to that time I was going to have it taken out. I only have it in for a month. On Friday I had the Mirena pulled out and coils put in so I cant enjoy any more kids. I was told I shouldnt have any bleeding but since Saturday evening I have have bleeding. Sunday it got so bad I was soaking through super tampons within like two hours. All of a sudden it flooded and went through my underwear and pants. Since yesterday at similar to 3pm I have been through 4 super tampons. Plus Im like super tired! I can narrowly stay awake. I left a message with my dr but didnt know if maybe its from the IUD coming out?
Answers:    Go to a doctor or ER ASAP. You are tired because you are losing too much blood. This is a medical emergency. You may even stipulation a blood transfusion.

This could be from the removal - there may have been some wreckage during the removal.
