2nd pregnancy and horrible spinal column misery?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have horrible back pain. I try sleeping on my side near a pillow inbetween my legs and sitting up straight but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any other suggestions to relief relieve my back pain?

Answers: get a heat pad or cold compress and see if that helps or you get a put money on massage
