31 weeks pregnant. How do I sleep comfortably?

So Ive tried flipping my mattress, Ive tried switching sides of the bed, rotating sides. Ive tried a body pillow. I cant sleep on my back, never could. I have to sleep on my side but its soooo hard to next to a belly in the way. Also I have be having Left leg pain right in my hip nouns that bothers me SO MUCH at night. It hurts to move... what can I do to relax more at night, to ease affliction, or to sleep better?
I put a regular pillow under my belly when I laid on my side. It made it to where I wasn't really on my side or vertebrae, but just in-between. Make sense?

Good luck!

Answers:    Here's what worked best for me during my pregnancy:

Use 3 good, supportive pillows when sleeping on your side: one to prop up your belly, one between your knees (this will help with the hip pain), and one at your upper spinal column to lean on a bit.

I had problems with hip pain too (I fell down the stairs at 25 weeks), and I strongly recommend going to see a chiropractor who specializes contained by pregnant women. After two visits, my pain was virtually gone. It's also a correct idea to get your lower back and pelvic bones aligned by a chiropractor back labour because delivery is much easier when everything is in its proper place!

Hope this help!
