omg i was so angry wen i heard i read that he wanted to clear them famous like michael and his other kids the middle aged bastard!! he just desires to rob them of thier childhood like he did his own kids.
katherine jackson (mj's mum) has custody and i dont think shed do such a item what do u think about joseph wantin custody and do u think he should gain it?

p.s im 13 and i wouldnt want to be put in thier shoes they must be going thru a hard time bless thier family.
Answers:    He better look out. Some states, and it may or may not be LA, have a "visitation interference" law that punishes parents with approximately 3-6 months within jail if they interfere with child visitation. One law have already been in effect in Illinois.

So, if he have visitation rights, even full visitation rights, he should remember that visitation rights for the surviving Jackson children is almost like a privilege...like a driver's license...and it can be taken away
just as effortlessly.
