33 weeks pregnant within so much aching?

I am 33 weeks pregnant and for the last week and a 1/2 I have been suffering from headache in my pelvic area. It started as just lower tailbone headache that my husband could massage away but it progressed into what I feel now.

My upper thighs and pelvic nouns hurts to walk, stand, lay or even sleep on my left side!
Adding to that this morning I woke with a stomach hurt like I was going to puke and had softer BM (3 so far)
I don't quality like eating or drinking and am so tired.
I cant be like this though! I hold a 16 month old very active daughter to support for!!
I am so short of breath (all the time...yes I am overweight, but the shortness of breath developed during 3rd trimester) Also have Braxton Hicks contractions on and off.

well I cant run to the doctor my husband is at work until 6 and no family around, friends are out of town. please tell me what you think, and if nearby is anything I can do!

I am also feeling so sick, I can't concentrate on anything.not good when you have a 1 yr feeble.
Lately I have been feeling a slight trickle every once within a while down there. I am not sure if I am leaking fluid or if its just everyday discharge. its clear, no blood.

Pelvic pain could be stretching cramp, i had that. If you are getting a sharp pain at all could be you sciatic cheek which is very painful.

Answers:    Call your doctor to find out what you should be watching for. After you actually go to the doctor, and if they ok everything then nearby are some things you can do for the pelvic pain. I'm pregnant with my second child and have be having pelvic pain since about 20 weeks, but I hold found ways to almost completely get rid of it. I make sure to stretch as much as possible (any kind of stretches or movements that embark on up the pelvis, such as squatting. Just get creative). But the number thing that has help me soooo much is walking. I'm not talking about just taking a stroll, a brisk waddle that gets your muscles really working. My doctor told me to be active because the more you give into the niggle and just lay around the more stiff and painful it gets. I didn't believe her, especially because I didn't see how I be ever going to be able to exercise with the pain I be going through. But after a few days the pain just started melting away. I've gone a week in a minute without exercising and the pain is coming back, so I know it works. But as you would expect, don't do any of this is you are showing signs of preterm labor. VERY important to call your doctor!
