Honestly, I don't think Debbie Rowe would mind if Diana Ross was guardian of the children. It's Katherine she objected to and I fairly understand. Katherine didn't protect HER OWN children from child abuse - why would she do so now? I'm sure Michael asked Diana to be a backup guardian, so it is not a surprise to her.
