At what age do you hold to start paying child support?

When a teenager 16 year old girl has a tot, does the 16 year old father have to pay child support to her formerly he is 18?
You pay support from the light of day the baby is born. He will pay child support till the baby is 18 years older. If he starts paying late, he'll owe backpay to her and it'll be taken out of his tax return money.
His parents are responsible unless he has a trust fund. This is not intended to be legal counsel, but just what we have observed.

Yes... And if the 16 year old boy can't pay it, afterwards I'm sure his parents will have to.
Yes... just exact he's 16 doesn't mean anything... he was obviously develop enough to have sex and knock up the girl so he can be mature satisfactory to pay.
Answers:    He has to pay as soon as you file for child support or when the toddler is born. Source(s): My sister got pregnant at sixteen.
