How to gain rid of post pregnancy flab? When does it be in motion away?
My son is now 13 months old and I lost all of my tot weight in the first few weeks and within a few months I weigh 20 lbs less than I did when i got pregnant. Mainly from breast feeding I guess. My counterbalance loss stalled for a while and I started gaining again but at the beginning of this year I started working out and eating better and lost some more mass. So I am now a little more than 30 lbs less than where on earth I started before I got pregnant and only a few lbs from a able-bodied BMI.
My stomach is so gross! stretch marks all over but what is really bugging me is the squishiness of my whole belly. I also enjoy the loose saggy skin but I know that will take a while to go away.
How long until it goes away and what can I do to assist it? Sit ups and any kind of exercise doesn't seem to help I touch like I'd have to lose 20 more lbs before I can even see my muscles (4 years ago i have an outline of a six pack just a few lbs lighter so I don't think it is my weight)
Please help!

Answers: Its basically from the skin being so stretched out. My doctor told me an easy way to tighten your ab muscles is to hold them tight approaching you would when working out. Do this through out the whole day (when you remember) especially while walking! This should help dramatically! Source(s): Same problem
