If you adopt a child, do you stipulation to breastfeed it?

I know that I want to adopt kids when I'm older. (There are soo many kids that need proper homes!!)
This is a stupid query, but how do you get the milk in your boobs?
Doesnt' it come with getting pregnant? LOL

Answers:    No, you do not want to breastfeed them although it is possible to induce lactation when you aren't pregnant.
