Umm... I don't think this is possible. Sounds similar to an urban legend to me.

This isn't that unbelievable. DNA testing a short time ago hasn't been that widespread until the last few years. I'm sure at hand are more cases, but most people don't get dna testing and if they do, it is against Federal Law for that to be revealed AT ALL short the mother's permission.

Not impossible (obviously), just rare. What's impossible is have identical twins by two different men. That's when one egg is fertilized, but divides into two sacs, thus developing two fetus'. In that situation, only ONE semen fertilizes the egg, so its impossible that two men could be the father.
In this situation, one man's sperm fertilized the first egg and the other man's semen fertilized the second egg. Completely possible.
