My ex husband and I have a six year old daughter and we have shared custody of her. We live in two different states and I would like to obtain full custody of her. She have never lived with him, he does pay child support, and he has be in and out of her life since she's been born. I own been the primary parent and at this point the child support payments does not matter. She goes to drop by with him every couple of years. What bothers me most is that he has the right to come in and out of her duration as he please because we do have joint custody of her. What do I have to do to gain full custody of her?
