Can a babe be taken away if you are not the official guardian when you try to bear the tot to the doctor?

you wont be allowed to even take the baby to the doctor unless the babys parents sign a facts saying you can.

you need to adopt the baby or become a legalized guardian.if you dont you will get in trouble.
i was going to say no because i own taken my brother, but he is much older. and when i take my daughter to the doctor i usually have to crowd out paperwork, and you do have to be a legal guardian or parent to do that. i dont know what they would do though.
where are the parents and why are they not contained by the baby's life? how did you end up with this babe-in-arms and if they are not in the baby's life, then why do you not enjoy legal guardianship? i would contact a laywer and ask them what to do, if you get the parents to sign the baby over to you and nickname you as the legal guardian, then i think you would be adjectives set. but i would still talk to a lawyer because the baby wants to go to a doctor.
To make sure of your stand with the child, get a legalise message, that means a signed and legally endorsed letter, from respectively of the parents saying you are the legal guardian of the baby. They can sign the child over to you and it would be properly upheld. But as far as I know no doctor can take the child from you unless he sees serious signs of abuse or abandonment. Then he has to tell you what he's done and why before the police and domestic services take the child away.
Take him to the doctor! If the parents are no where to be found than the state will probably be call in but you should not neglect this child!
