Bleeding red blood after abortion and iud (mirena) insertion. I'm so panicky, please oblige me :'(?
I am bleeding really bad. I got my abortion on march 3rd of this year (2009) I also get the Mirena iud put in right after the abortion. I went to my follow up about a week or two after. All they did be have me take a urine test. They come back and said that the tests on the urine test come back the way they were supposed to. I told them i be bleeding bad still and they said that everything was fine and not to worry. They didn't even look inside me to see if everything be ok. And I'm still bleeding and it's been a little over 3 months. Don't take this as abnormal, but i was playing with my vibrator, and VERY GENTLE, with my husband on webcam, cuz he's away on deployment, and blood come dripping thick out of me. I'm so scared that something is wrong. idk if this is normal. The doctors told me that some populace bleed longer than others. But i also heard that if the blood is dark red, that's not good. I thought the blood be supposed to be brown cuz the blood is supposed to be old blood. At least, that's what i read online. Has anyone else had this come about? and does it go away? is it normal? I'm scared. I am clearly going to have it checked out, but i would like to hear some comforting advice cuz i'm really worried. Please, has anyone had this happen to them? and what happen after? please help me. I'm all alone, my husband is away on deployment, and I'm only something like to turn 19. So i'm just starting out in the world without my parents as a just this minute wed. etc so please help me :(

So maybe the vibrator just irritated the walls of my vagina and made me bleed. I really hope someone answers my question. I'm terrified and hoping that the abortion or iud didn't make it so i can't have babies anymore. I would be devasted. I had to have a DNC after my first son be born 4mths premature and i had very bad bleeding for almost 4mths after. I be giving shots, to try and stop it and iron pills due to how much i was loosing. So maybe the abortion is similar to that. Also i had a Mirna insert put in 3 yrs ago and it actually mad the bleeding worse the first month. It be really bad but not as bad as the DNC caused. I bet, not for sure but that because you hold had both so close together that maybe it has cause it to be worse on you. And if you are the type to have heavy cycles or tend to bleed when sex is rough that it is just from adjectives that you have went through so close together. If your Dr. is not helping you in the mode you think she/he should then try and find another one. And if your going using more than a bag of pad in 24hrs then you need to move about to your emergency department. (if your using tampons then stop it could be making this worse) I also want to say that God will not punish you for having the abortion. I individually would not do do it. But know one should be chastised or told they shouldn't do that. If your not ready then you done the right thing for you. Don't agree to people make you feel fruitless for it.You have to work it out with your self and your God in your on instrument. Know one can do it for you. I hope it all gets better for you, your awfully young to be doing this adjectives by your self. You need to find a support group in your area for any abortion or for wife's of diploid

I don,t know how people can ruminate that it was a easy desicion or that you havn'e gave it a second thought. i havn't when throgh it myself but I do know some ladies that enjoy. it is not easy for them they live with the regreat and anguish daylie and now that they enjoy kids of there on they wouder evry day if the baby would look approaching there children or how he/or she would be or talk.

First of adjectives, in response to your last few sentences. the IUD will not make you sterile and neither will the abortion, unless you hold had some sort of complication or infection that occured. You would know if that was the case, you would hold more symptoms than just bleeding and those symptoms would have happened long back now. I would think what you're experiencing would be from the IUD, not the abortion. But I would definitely achieve it checked out though, especially if it's gotten worse and not better.

You should be concerned if the blood is extremely dark or stinky.
