What does labor quality approaching?

I wanna no quite a bit...contractions...wen ur water breaks...crowning...pushing...first kicks...did it have a feeling awkward having the doc looking and touching down there?
You won't feel awkward about the doctor "checking you out" down in attendance. It's what they do. Labor is hard to explain, it is different for everyone. I had a natural labor and confinement and although it was painful it was not as unpromising as what alot of woman told me.
Here is what it be like for me:

Contractions, felt like immensely strong period cramps at first, much more painful near the closing.

Water breaking doesn't feel like much of anything, just a rush of fluid.

Crowing, vastly painful, but by that point you are almost done and it's not too hard to handle.

Pushing, near my first baby I had to push a lot to take her out. They told me to push just like I was have a bowel movement, which seemed to work. My second baby, I only have to push a couple of times and there she was.

It was not awkward at adjectives having the doctor "down there". That was just module of the process. I was much more occupied with everything else to verbs about that.

You will get used to having people emotion you down there like the doctore and your major nurse. the contractions are basically like menstral cramps. the rest i cnat realy tell you much cuz i had the epidural and be totaly numb below the waste
Answers:    the main entry is to accept the pain and relax. If you fight it,it's horrible but newly breath thru it and let it pass..take one contraction at a time..it's a muscle entity..it's slow easy and builds strength til it might feel something like a leg cramp with the sole purpose around your whole middle which is much larger then a leg muscle, then it ease off til the next one comes..sometimes your water doesn't break at adjectives, the dr's do it to speed up laber .I did it natural four times..the first time I fought it and it fought me back..the next time I know what was coming, that I couldn't change it,so I just did the best I could to relax and tolerate it pass and it did much easier...lot's of patience ,self control and knowing you can't stop it so roll with it .
