Im have some cramps but im not bleeding?

I am 5 months expecting a baby boy and im scared I have have bin having these cramps once and a while, they only happen if im sitting down should I give the name my doctor or not worry about it. Im also feeling plentifully of movement so I don’t think anything is wrong with the baby, but should I still dance in?
Answers:    They're more than likely Braxton Hicks contractions. I wouldn't worry too much more or less them unless they start being painful and you are able to time them.
