If a kid have a kid near his mom would he be the kids dad or brother?
Well the child would most likely have some sort of birth malfunction, but he would be both.

thats nasty..id say both brother and son but if i be the kid i would be too embarrassed to tell ppl that was my son and my mother is the mother so self say he's my brother but id treat him as my son..
