Analei or Analeigh (pronounced as ah-na-lay) for a girl?
Darrius Angel (Ahn-hell) for a boy?
If you want to prevent people from mispronouncing the girl's autograph for her entire life, you'll spell it the way you want it to be pronounced: Ahnelay.
Same for the boy's name: spell it the means of access you want it to be pronounced.
They're both pretty pretentious names, actually,
Honestly while I some what like the name Analeigh, I believe that it is setting the child up to constantly have to correct populace about how to say her name, relatives will pronounce it Anna Lee, so maybe a different spelling would be better.
As for the boy name, I personally do not approaching Darrius but it is not too far out there where he would be picked on so it is ok. However the middle name is horrible, sounds similar to "on hell." Angel is a good name if it is pronounced correctly.

Answers: I love the name and both spellings, but I have to mention that my first thought was seeing the word "anal" contained by your version of Analeigh and Analei. Please do not take it wrong, but I thought I should mention that you may want to reconsider that newspaper at least. :)
