I wouldn't use April May unless your last term is June!! I love Marcus and Madelyn...Kay is cute and simple, it's a family name of mine as well!
Laura Kay: I really approaching how you are keeping the tradition in your family. I think that the mark Laura is really cute and it sounds great with Kay.
Nathaniel Marcus: The name flows really well together. It is two outstandingly classic names, and sound awesome together.
MadeLyn Elizabeth: I love the spelling MadeLyn. I think that it is a really one-off spinoff on a more common name.
April May: I am not sure if I like the two months of the year put together. I am not a supporter of either name, but I think that it is cute if you are naming her if she is born within April.

I like MadeLyn Elizabeth. But you should probably keep the middle cross Kay, its fun to pass down names. April May seems similar to its a stupid name because it's months but it actually sounds really nice.
