Answers:    Hailey's cute - it looks the most feminine and delicate. Haley looks more like it would be pronounced like Hah-Lee instead of Hay-Lee (like the nickname Hallie). Hayleigh looks awkward and a little ugly. Haylee, Hayley and Hailey are all okay, but I cogitate Hailey is the prettiest. It's definitely the spelling I'd use. :]
