How to spell and stipulation a middle given name?

so my cousins friend just had a baby girl, she requests to name her Laya but not sure how she wants to spell it. Laya or Leia (lay-uh). r there any other ways to spell it and what are some nice middle name for Laya. they dont want faith, hope, grace, lyn, marie, nicole or nothing that has a tricky C or K because of the hard C in Cullen.
