Er Connor, Blake, Shae, Blair, Adrian, Ray, Shawn, Bailey and Asher are adjectives masculine boys names regardless of how you spell them. There is nothing feminine, girlie or unisex in the order of any of them and there never will be.

I am not in favor of parents naming their infant girls with boy names. It's cruel when you think of adjectives the teasing the girl will get. Kids can be so cruel.

Shane, Connor, Blake, & Bailey are male name & I know males who have each of these names.

Adrianne Rae or Adrianne Marie are cute.
Elle doesn't really work with those middle names... what roughly Ella?
