I think one of the Aunts or Uncles will rob custody/Guardianship. Less likely but certainly possible one of the Godparents I know of three Macaulay Culkin and Elizabeth Taylor for the two oldest and Mark Lester for all three children. Katharine Jackson the grandmother is a possibility but I have heard due to her health and age it was more probable that they would end up somewhere else.
Its very unlikely Prince and Paris would go to their biological mother Debbie Rowe. For one she even admit she has had zero contact beside the children since Michael took custody of them and the kids had to have been enormously young toddlers when that happened so they have have no contact with Debbie for 9 or 10 years. Her getting custody would be no different then giving it to some strangers off the street. The kids necessitate stability they need to all three remain together whoever gets them and they should be capable of be comfortable and that would mean them going to someone that they at least know and not to a stranger even if she is their biological mother.
The entire situation is confusing I have hear that Debbie gave up her rights but then got them spinal column a few years ago during the case. Then I heard though she kept her parental rights, MJ still got full and sole custody and in attendance was no contact between Debbie and the children as already stated.
Hopefully Michael named someone as Guardian(s) in his will.
Answers: 3 kids 2 different mothers. One was a surrogate who has never been identified, the other have clearly been identified and did in fact surrender her rights. BUT she get that over turned in court because Jackson wasn't paying her as arranged. (that's the part that ticks me off)
It has be said the she again terminated her rights but it is also believed that she and Michael reached an agreement without her terminating her rights THE SECOND TIME. here was supposedly lots of money involved not only the first time but the second time also.
So I ask you why does she get to reverse her decree of termination when no one else can, and why is she allowed to sell her kids for cold hard lolly, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE?
