If i run perfectionism of my sisters and mom dont waNT TO GIVE UP HER RIGHTS WHAT DO I DO?

there isn't much you can do except take her to court and be at odds for custody. They won't let her terminate her rights unless someone else has be approved to adopt. and even for family members you must be 10-20 years older than child you are adopt. (the age difference varies by state)
