From the standpoint of the law, if you can find a family who wants to adopt you, consequently yes, it is possible for one adult to legally adopt another adult next to the consent of both parties.
However, people aren't exactly lining up to adopt thirty-year-old gold ingots diggers who admittedly only care about them for their money, so from a practical standpoint I doubt you'll find any takers.
If you want parents, find someone to adopt you. If you want money, return with a job.

Many countries (including Canada actually) have provisions within law that allow for people of any age to be adopted so, technically, if you lived contained by Canada at least you could be adopted at 30, at 40 at 65 or at 80+.
If you want to do all the laundry, dishes and ect. sure, who wouldn't want to adopt you!
