What do anti-international adoption (IA) want IA adoptive parents to do?
I don't get it?
All I want for Christmas is for you to take your meds regularly. And it might be a blessing in disguise if you be to give your son to someone who won't dismiss and degrade him, but no one's expecting you to give up your bought-and-paid-for auxiliary.

Honestly? As an IA who you frequently dismiss (because I don't know anything about IA. How could I? It's not approaching I AM one or anything. Geez) I feel that IA parents need to first ACKNOWLEDGE their child's loss and ACKNOWLEDGE the existence of their pain.
Secondly my hope for IA family is that they are able to help their child figure out what their cultural identity is. It can be difficult to amount out where you fit in in both your heritage and your family's heritage.
My prevalent problem with IA parents who don't try to get it the fact that they are really cheating their kids.
ETA: Seriously? MY PARENTS are IA parents. I ensue to love them. Thanks Melissa for suggesting they should commit suicide. How callous.
