!!Urgent!! Adoption contained by Canada.. NS?
I am a 16 year old, who just recently found out that i am pregnant. Abortion is not something i would close to to consider. But i feel i am not ready to take on the roles as a parent, financially, physically or mentally.
I am curios to know everything in that is to know about canadian adoptions. agencies close to me, if there is a site where on earth i can review parent profiles ect.
I would like to find an adoption agency close to halifax ns.
Look for a "Planned Parenthood" Centre in your area. Your doctor or pharmacist will probably be able to give an account you where to go and they can then direct you to the closest adoption agency. They also set aside all kinds of counselling and other services to parents, soon to be's and teens.
I'm so proud of you! It is a tough choice to receive, but a good one.
I was adopted contained by Ontario and was so grateful my biological mother made that tough decision.
There should be a children's aid society in your nouns and/or social services. You should be able to hook up with a social worker.
Also, speak to your OBGYN doctor. He/she may know a good ancestral dealing with infertility who are looking to adopt.
Finally, you should think about whether or presently you want an open or closed adoption. Both have advantages and disadvantages.

Answers: I am from Halifax N.S.and the only one i can think of is the the Home of the guardian angel's.I reflect you are a very loving and caring person to administer your blessing to some one who would love to have a baby but can not.
