Adoption contained by Canada(Nova Scotia)?

I am a 16 year old, who just recently found out that i am pregnant. Abortion is not something i would close to to consider. But i feel i am not ready to take on the roles as a parent, financially, physically or mentally.
I am curios to know everything in that is to know about canadian adoptions. agencies close to me, if there is a site where on earth i can review parent profiles ect.
I would like to find an adoption agency close to halifax ns.

Answers:    honestly there are loving families out at hand and adoption is better than abortion I am engaged to a guy who has 2 adopted sisters and please if likely I'd like to talk more on this subject with you but, please no abortion.
