You can't adopt this child unless you are married to the mother.
Depends where you are. In the UK, it's not necessary to be married.

you can adopt her and get marry to the mom well the whole process cost not plentifully of money i adopted my sisters daughter when my sister pass the way.. she be only 2 years old and i adopted her and very well it didn't a lot of money so u can adopted her... it easier if u just marry your girlfriend and that u can articulate you're the dad.
