There aren't any children available. As of today, adoption is illegal in every country within the world. Sorry. You're a day late, and a baby short.
You asked your question on Yahoo India, so I'm thinking that means you're Indian and living within India now? There ARE children in orphanages in India waiting to be adopt. Unfortunately when I try to look it up for you all I'm getting are US adoption agencies and that won't be much help to you.

First adoption is not illegal anywhere in the United States . There are lots of children needing homes. "I involve a child to adopt" is a red flag to adoption workers : lots of people in general. In America near are no orphanages at this time. We have answers but your question needs to be asked differently.
But to answer your question---yes, within are lots of kids available for adoption here at any time BUT most have medical or mental problems, have extreme behavior problems, teenagers, or siblings groups.
Here's a start. Adoption is a great alternative for people not sufficiently expert to have children or simply to care for a child. You have a few options. National to international, as long as your qualifications meet the regulation standards set for adoptive parents.
