just to tolerate you know, you have to be at least 25 to adopt in the US. My parents adopt my brother and it was eaiser and faster to adopt a baby from out of the country. try looking up "foreign adoption" and just to agree to you know, it is expensive. i think my parents paid almost $18,000 over the course of 2 years (1997) and my brother was 6 months old-fashioned when he arrived.
