Do anyone know of any biddable sites dealing beside foster to adoption of children ?

I'm now taken a class in West Virginia and I want to see if their were any network sites i could look at to find kids outside of my state.
Answers:    Um, I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand your question. I'm trying not to overreact to what may have be poor wording, but there are a couple things that don't make sense.

First, why are you needing to look outside your state?

Second, photolistings are meaningless. They are intended to "suck in" potential foster and adoptive parents with the overwhelming cuteness of the kids. They are not realistic, since the needs and issues of the children are not disclosed (rightfully so) .

In my judgment, they are a gross invasion of the their privacy. Sacrificing their dignity in that way should never be permitted.

And the final point I will make is that children should be matched base on the needs of the child, never the wants or ideals of the potential parents. Which also renders the photolistings totally senseless.

By the way, near foster-to-adopt, the children are not technically available for adoption yet (parental rights not yet terminated), so they would likely not be within a photolisting. Generally speaking, the children in the photolistings have "no legal risk", consequence the rights of the first parents have been terminated already.

However, I will reluctantly answer your question, within the hopes that you will consider what I have said here.

Curious to know why you are looking out of state to foster to adopt. Foster to adopt children are placed in their own state. They would not be placed in an adjacent to state UNLESS it was a very special case and that would own to be with a qualifying relative. It rarely happen then because of visits with the child's parents---even if the child's parents are surrounded by prison there are still ongoing visits. In the foster to adopt program the goal is return home until adjectives avenues have been exhausted---at which point the court proceeds on to permanency and parental rights are terminated.
