She is in her impulsive 20's, he is about to be 41, she has PCOS, he has VERY low sperm count, She say 1 millionish, and it's suppose to be something like 40-60 million? Anyways, she's decided she wants to adopt, they own no jobs!! They have a house, but are depending on realitives to make the payments, along near his odd jobs...
Do they have a unsystematic to adopt, I hears over 40 its almost impossible...
Hi,
They may do best go through the state foster program. It tends to be massively open with age and gives homes to children within need. Many private agencies do not have restrictions for their ages your friends are either; international would credible pose more of a problem. Hope this helps them!
A lot of people in heir 40's adopt infants and young-looking children, so age won't be much of an issue him, however many agencies want both adoptive parents to be over 25. Most agencies will also require they be married at least 1 year (with some 3-5 years)
Also, in directive to become certified to adopt you have to show that you are financially stable and can provide for yourselves and a child on your own without relying on financial support from others. When we adopted our children we have to show tax returns and bank statements for the past 3 years to show that we be consistantly employeed and had sufficient income.
Answers: I was 45 and my wife was 41 when we adopt a 4 6 month old last summer, through foster care. As to their finances, resourcefully, thats a different issue
I doubt the age will be the biggest issue.
If they have no jobs, they enjoy no long-term security to support a child. You don't have to be rich to adopt, but you have to be capable of support yourself, and be responsible enough to ensure stability for a child.
Tell them not to adopt, but to go for long-term fostering instead. They'll get a lot more support as foster parents than they would as adoptive parents, and they won't be wipe out the kid's entire history by doing so. Source(s): Real Life
No, sure can't. Anyway why would someone want to give their baby to ancestors, who have no money? They wont stay together anyway, Then she can find someone with a great sperm count. And have her own child.
Well they aren’t going to be approved to adopt by anyone if at least one of them does not have a duty. As far as the husbands age that really just depends on where they plan on adopting from if they progress with foster care or even did a private adoption. Then his age would not be a factor. My Aunt and Uncle did a private adoption and they were both within their late 40’s.
