i have a daughter who i adopted out of the foster care system almost 22 years ago when i get her she was five days old. she has other siblings out at hand they were in foster care.the oldest child is 2 years elder than her ,she wants to find her older sister and maybe the two of them will eventually find the others. we know the elder sister birth name and birth-date will that be enough to help us find her. also i know the mothers entitle.if anyone has advice please help [ state of south carolina]
