AN IMPORTANT QUESTION ON ADOPTION?
SOMEONE I KNOW WOULD LIKE TO ADOPT ME I AM 19 YEARS OLD AND WANT TO KNOW IF I AM TOO OLD? THE WOMAN MICHELLE IS 31 YEARS OLD. SHE LIVES IN THE USA AND I LIVE IN LONDON. ITS A LONG STORY BUT SHES MOVING TO EUROPE IN 2 MONTHS TIMES SO I WILL MOVE THERE TOO OBVIOUSLY..
I REALLY NEED TO KNOW THE AGE LIMIT OF ADOPTION AS I AM HOPING I AM NOT TO OLD.

You can be adopt by her. Its not something thats needed to travel with a friend though.
You're 19 why do you need to be adopted by her to travel and live next to her? She pay for the ticket and accomodation is she choses too, there's nothing illegal almost that. At 19 I was too busy wanting to be on my own two feet and becoming independant of parents, not start over...whats wrong with the classmates following us that they're so needy.(Not all but its growing.)

If she is a US citizen, she cannot adopt while living abroad. Even at that, you cannot be adopt unless you are mentally ill and cannot take care of yourself at that age.
