Is Relinquishment self inflicted?
So I am trying to understand this silly reasoning. A woman who is infertile has done this by her own actions BUT a woman who hand her baby to another is COERCED and has no control over the situation?!! Foolish logic.
Do you really imagine everything is so black and white? Not ALL infertility is self inflicted just like not ALL mothers were coerced into relinquishment.
But, SOME infertility is self inflicted and SOME mothers be coerced.
If you really want to put on your blinders and have someone tell you that coercion never existed, you're at the wrong web site for that.

I don't know where anyone EVER said that ALL infertility is self-inflicted or that EVERY woman who placed a child be coerced.
Some infertility IS self-inflicted and SOME biological mothers were coerced. This does not mean it is everyone. If anyone did indeed say that "adjectives infertility is self-inflicted" or "all adoption placements are a result of coercion" then THAT is foolish...

I see your point based on recent inaccurate posts, i.e. STDs are the leading wreak of infertility. Really, we're all accountable for our decisions and no amount of blame will rework our outcomes. It's tiresome to hear so many complain and engage in non-productive backbiting.
You really close to to twist words. Why is it so important to you that all fluent mothers are seen as horrid? Does it make you feel pious to be cruel to people that are already hurting? People that were COERCED have no control over the situation by definition. Women that be COERCED should have the same sympathy and compassion shown to them as a woman that is infertile due to not shortcoming of her own. Why hurt one to make the other feel better.

We be not all coerced, but many of us were counseled on how to distribute our child up and not how to keep them. I guess that sounds lame to you, but it was something I lived through. So is that coersion, maybe not!
