Adopting from Russia: immigration fees/WACAP Waiting Children?

Hi, DH and I have been contemplating adopting for some time very soon. We are considering adopting two boys (age 3+) through the WACAP waiting child program. Two questions: 1) Has anyone done this? If so, how much did you spend--total?

2) In terms of adopt from Russia, regardless of agency/program used, how much did you pay--in total--for immigration fees?

Thanks so, so much!
Answers:    We are adopting from the Philippines, so of course it is a little different than Russia. But the total cost is going to be at most minuscule $20,000. Most countries are higher. WACAP is a great agency. I would consider them if I were doing this again. The reason we didn't choose Russia is because they require you to spend alot of time near, I think a couple months, and two trips I think, which really adds up. We own small kids so we cant be gone that long.
Anyway, as far as immigration fees, we paid $830 to USCIS, but there are so many other fees involved within adopting. We are getting 2 older boys and it will cost about $25K.
