ADoption sound out?
the question is
is this right for the adoption service to do this>..
my mom was fighting for custody of my sister's little one. She lost it cause the adoption people told her that since her baby is partly black, she belongs to a black family. (my mom/sister are white), since the baby has a father that's black, she be considered black.. :( my mom said she couldn't get the baby cause she be black and also cause of her past felonies, i can know the other reason why she couldn't have the baby, motivation of her past felonies, but cause she be Black was the other reason she couldn't get the little one.. :(
although my mom was able to care for my sister and brother when they be younger... i don't understand why can't she take of the baby motive she's black

no they can not do that.
Answers: That sounds like bull crap to me.
That is not a terribly good choice. Adoption Center is helping children everyday and however they can to support them. Your mom shouldn't be judging the baby by its characteristics. I never pass judgment a person like that and especially not a baby. As long as your sister loves the newborn, keep her/him.
